Caius

Description

Caius is a wine for laying down, requiring a little time to develop the noble austerity characteristic of great Cabernet Sauvignon, often 4 to 5 years after bottling. It has a deep, dark colour, with aromas of jammy black fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry), toast and dried flowers.

On the palate, the structure is tight, deep, dense but very elegant, with a long finish and great ageing potential.

Grape varieties

Mostly made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, It is often supplemented by 30% of Serine.
