Ad fines produces three wines, two vintages, Domitilla and Caius, and a second wine named Gracchus.

Several tastings by renowned journalists, including Robert Parker, Bernard Burtschy, and other professional tastings have shown the depth of Ad Fines wines and their durability over time, the hallmark of exceptional wines.

Our wines are also present on great three Michelin starred tables, including Pierre Gagnaire.

Domitilla

Domitilla
Domitilla is characterized by a great aromatic finesse and is affordable from 3 to 4 years after bottling. Marked by notes of a noble breeding in its youth (slightly toasted and fresh wood notes), it develops floral, black fruit and smoke notes characteristic of the great serines, with a beautiful minerality.

Caius

Caius
Caius is a wine for aging, which requires a little waiting to integrate its noble austerity characteristic of the great Cabernet Sauvignon, often 4 to 5 years after bottling. Its color is dark and deep, the aromatic notes are marked by the notes of jammy black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry), toasted, notes of dried flowers.

Gracchus
Gracchus is a more accessible wine in its youth, with a fruity expression of plum, cocoa, black cherry, and a supple, easy, round mouthfeel, and yet good aging potential.
